Marion Charlet

Marion Charlet is a young French painter, born in 1982, in Paris. 
Graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts à la Villa Arson in Nice (France) in 2009, she spent, during her studies, one year at the Chelsea School of Art in London in 2008. After living  few years in Brussels, she mooved back to the French capital in 2016.
In 2015 and 2017, she was part of two parts of the main exhibition curated by Julie Crenn, Annabelle Ténèze and Amélie Lavin and highlighting the women painters of the French scene : « Peindre, dit-elle » ( Chap.1 in the Museum of Contemporary Art of Rochechouart and Chap.2 in the Fine arts Museum of Dole, France).
She was also one of the selected and exhibited candidates of the twelfth Art Contest 
Edition, in 2016, in Belgium.
At the end of 2017, the Art [ ] Collector selection commitee chose her to be the 2018 laureate of its twelfth edition. At this occasion, she will have a solo show at Patio Art Opéra, in Paris, which will take place in September 2018.
